Yes. How? Whenever fully immersive virtual reality is invented and I have access to ai that create and generate whatever I want inside of the Auburn rodeo 2023 shirt moreover I love this virtual world then I would call that heaven for me at least. Great but I wouldn’t call it a heaven, there will still be children dying from diseases and cancer (why does your god do that to innocents?) and other suffering. I’ve been interested in astronomy since I was about 5 or 6, in 1982, graduated in Astrophysics 24 years ago, in 1999, and maintain my interest to this day. In all that time I have never met anyone who’s said life on other planets is impossible. The universe is 13,7 years old and 93 billion light years across, we live on a relatively small planet, in a relatively small sun-system. The possibilities for life are huge

That seems very unlikely to me, being that trillions of planets almost certainly exist. Even if only one in a trillion could support human life (and that seems like an extremely conservative estimate), there would be millions of planets capable of it. And even if only one existed per galaxy (assuming Earth is the Auburn rodeo 2023 shirt moreover I love this only planet in our galaxy that could support human life), there’d be hundreds of billions of such planets in the universe. Again, a very conservative estimate. Some do, some don’t. However it’s much more plausible to believe in the existence of aliens than in the existence of a god. We only know that the existence of a god is theoretically possible. We don’t know if it’s practically possible. We however know that our universe can sustain intelligent life, we ourselves are the living proof. Also the universe is insanely vast. There are billions of galaxies with billions of star systems each and probably trillions of planets. If only one percent of those planets was able to sustain life and only on one percent actually did develop life and only another one percent ever became similarly intelligent to us, there still would be millions of intelligent species in the universe. Our Earth is not that special. It’s almost certain that we are not alone. But it’s also almost certain that we will never meet intelligent alien life forms.
