3. Intermittent fasting. I have read that this is a great method for weight loss, especially when combined with exercise (see below). So I tried. I can burn 500 calories a day, quite simply – especially during peak season, between Thanksgiving and Christmas. This has worked wonders for my waistline, I can tell you that. Between watching my sections and doing that airport job, I managed to lose 180 pounds this month.
